Dr Rosalind Bergemann is an international management consultant, author and public speaker. She has been working in the business arena for the last 20 years in the fields of International Business Strategy, Global Leadership and International Human Resources. She holds a PhD in international business, majoring in Global Organisational Cultures, as well as a Doctor of Business Administration. She has been listed in the International Who’s Who of International Professionals as a life-time achiever since 2001 in the fields of International Business Strategy and the Development of Global Leaders as a result of her work in global leadership and organisational culture.
Dr Bergemann is a member of a number of professional bodies internationally, including the Institute of Consulting, Psychological Association, SHRM, CIPD, and the Institute of Directors. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufacture and Commerce and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultancy. She is also an active member of the Academy of International Business.
She is Chief Executive Officer of the change management consultancy Globalite Management Services and Chairman of the member organisation Asperger Leaders. Under her leadership, the consultancy has been nominated for a number of awards, including the Business and Commerce Business Achievement Award in 2007, and has been selected as a finalist for the CMI National Managerial and Leadership Awards 2012 in the categories of Consultant of the Year and Outstanding Leader of the Year. Dr Bergemann has been invited to speak at the Human Resources Director’s Forum, Global Leadership Forum, Corporate Leadership Council and the Benefits Excellence Awards, amongst others.
Dr Bergemann combines her dynamic personality and dept of experience to produce a distinctive speaking style, combined with her passion for mentoring and growing professionals across the country and internationally, she is fast becoming a well-known voice in the arena for Organisational Change.
